
12月9日上午,上海美国商会可持续性和责任商业委员会在浦东凯宾斯基大酒店举办了一场关于促进可持续发展研讨会。六位可持续发展领域的专家出席了本次研讨会,包括麦德龙(METRO)中国总裁 Jeroen de Groot先生和上海经贸委主任Frank Yin等。
	
	
麦德龙作为商界社会责任倡议的创始成员(BSCI),从1996以来,一直致力于商业可持续发展,实现可持续发展的三个阶段:注重节能,吸引员工、供应商和客户,并为公司的DNA嵌入可持续发展基因。经过不断的努力,麦德龙已上升为在中国可持续发展绩效排名最高的德国企业。
	
FRANK教授主要分享了上海的低碳发展。他概述了环境管理的三个阶段和绿色企业管理的五种模式,以及分享了上海的目标和碳减排成就的概述。
	
在吕建中博士的主持下,来自于上海环境保护局国际合作局的首席专家施敏,可口可乐韩国和大中国区总监Jasmine Tian,HK Key Point Capital Yang Yaning,MR Jeroen de Groot接受了小组成员们的提问,包括但不限于关于供应链的可追溯性,与有关的利益相关者、私人的政府合作和政府的政策走向可持续发展。

Jeroen de Groot is President of Metro China. Jeroen has worked in retail and wholesale for 29 years. After his study on Business Administration at the University of Amsterdam, he joined Ahold in the Netherlands. During those 5 years in the supermarket company, he worked in several positions before he joined the Dutch based SHV Holdings who operated Makro Cash & Carry stores in 24 countries as a Store General Manager of a Makro Store in the south of Netherlands. From 1994-1998, he worked for 4 years as Operations Director in the stock listed company Siam Makro in Thailand. In 1998, Dutch based SHV sold the European part of the Makro organization to German based Metro AG who operates the Cash & Carry concept under the name of Metro. After that he held the Managing Director position in Poland, Hungary, Russia and China and in between he took several positions as ROO responsible for a number of Metro/Makro countries. Jeroen joined Metro China on 1 November, 2013 after his COO position in Metro Management Board in Germany. In 2015, Jeroen was awarded the Magnolia Silver Award of Shanghai Government.
Yang Yaning is the Sole Owner of Hong Kong Key Point Capital Investment Group. For many years in China, she has focused on investing in large eco-friendly commercial real estate projects, culture media, and heritage art collection. Ms. Yang also invested in the development of organic agriculture, organic food processing, and international trade, logistics, and importation and sales of wine in China. She has put much efforts and investments in sustainable agriculture projects. For example she developed her own brand ‘’Huxi Island’’, which became the largest organic food operator, covering the whole supply chain. In addition, Ms. Yang has funded the Non-Profit Charity Fund – The Future Fund. This fund built new schools and improves the quality of education in remote areas such as Tibet, Yunnan and Hebei.
Frank Yin is the Director of Economics and Trade Department at the Shanghai Municipal Development and Reform Commission and has a PhD in Administrative Law at the Shanghai JiaoTong University. Mr. Yin has been engaging in international trade, investment management and domestic trade work on circulation for more than two decades, proficient in the national laws and regulations on foreign trade and foreign investment, as well as the international trade and investment rules. Mr. Yin's experiences include leading research on both the 12th /13th five-year-plan of Shanghai International Trading Center, and Modern Logistics Industry; Promoting the development of the cross-boarder E-commerce pilot project; Organizing and implementing the Important Commodity Reserves of Shanghai; Responsible for reporting the Agricultural Products Tariff Quota, etc. In addition, Mr. Yin has fully involved in the application for China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone and scheme research on it, covering trade facilitation, investment liberalization, financial internationalization, negative list management and in/post-process supervision and so on.
Shi Min is Chief of International Cooperation at the Shanghai Environmental Protection Bureau. Before joining Shanghai Environmental Protection Bureau, Ms. Shi was an engineer and then became senior engineer in Shanghai Academy of Environmental Sciences (SAES). Ms. Shi holds a master degree of Law from Fudan University.

Jianzhong Lu is a Global Partner at Brunswick Group. Prior to this he was the Group Executive Vice President at RGE (China) and Chairman of Board Asia Symbol (Shandong) Ltd. He leads the Group’s Sustainability, Corporate Affairs, Business Development, Corporate Social Responsibility, Communications, Risk and Crisis management, and LEAN production management. He was previously Chief Representative of RGE Group (Beijing), Vice President of Business Development RGE Group (China), Vice President Corporate Affairs Sateri Group. He received a PhD in E-Commerce, a PhD Certification at HEC France, a Master Degree at Paris Central Engineering University, and a Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering at Zhejiang University. Dr.Lu was also a former Acting President at BHP Billiton (China). Dr.Lu was also responsible for BHP Billiton online strategy, e-business programs, technical research and cooperation, Energy Coal marketing (China) and Uranium Business (China). He is a former UN diplomat, UNCTAD Trade Efficiency Initiative Representative to China.
